Need a strong personal computer technician with Windows experience, from Windows 98 up to present. The ideal candidate will be capable of configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP independently, as well as troubleshooting all PC related issues, hardware, software, and configuration issues. You will also be asked to lead the process to integrate new hardware and software solutions on the desktop configurations for my client. The candidate will also be required to help provide second level technical support. The ideal candidate should have prior professional experience providing desktop support in a large corporate environment and leading a team is very beneficial. Server administration experience and rudimentary network administration skills are a plus-but not required. This candidate must be confident in dealing with customers and clients and must possess excellent communication skills.
Location: Downtown Chicago, Illinois and the Western Suburbs of Chicago,
Illinois.
Schedule: The hours are normal business hours Monday through Friday.
Rate: The salary rate is dependant on experience.
